General information
山元商店は、沖縄県中央卸売市場の開設（昭和５９年）期に独立し、近年、
中央市場近くの沖縄急送定温センター内に事務所及び、発送センターを移し、営業活動をしています。
弊社では、害虫駆除（ウリミバエ、ミカンコミバエ）の成果により、本土出荷が可能になった県産ゴーヤー・マンゴーなどの農産物を全国の中央市場や、取引先に対し、販売促進や、販路拡大に努め、さらに、各地で沖縄フェアーの開催を提案し、沖縄県産農産物の知名度をあげる努力を続けています。
又、２００８年から、沖縄発、県産農産物の海外輸出に取り組み、時代のニーズ
に応えるべく、ネット事業や農産物の全国ネットワークによる流通網を構築。
更なる情報収集の拠点として、東京事務所（２００９年７月）を開設しました。
これからも山元商店は沖縄県産農産物の拠点産地を作り、農業生産の発展に寄与
する所存です。
