Like in the kitchen Tony takes his uncompromising passion for quality and taste and brings it to the development and production of Macneil's Smokehouse products. From our classic beech smoked salmon to our signature Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured salmon we are continually striving for excellence and perfection.
