General information

Founded by Barry Waters over 30 years ago, Brunner Scientific was setup as an independent supplier to the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries, with regular deliveries up and down the country with our fleet of vans.

With the addition of our sister company Labplant UK in 2006, we took on the manufacture of our own laboratory equipment, these units are exported around the globe giving us a true international pedigree. We have relationships with all of the top laboratory equipment and chemical manufacturers. We have the added facilities to be able to calibrate and repair your equipment to, as well as offer tailor made maintenance contracts.

ISO 9001:2008 accreditation has been achieved and maintained since 1994, the scope of which is for the procurement and supply of general laboratory equipment and consumables. The quality management system for the calibration, servicing and repair of analytical laboratory equipment.

With product knowledge from our experienced staff, we can source exactly what you are looking for, be it an off the shelf item or equipping a whole laboratory. Staff regularly attend product training courses either with the product manufacturers or here at our Hunmanby facility.
