With over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources industry, JFN Consulting provides business psychology services to customers throughout the local area and wider UK. Established in the North West, the business is based in Lancaster.

JFN Consulting was set up by Julia Norman who is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She has worked with leading organisations (Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, O2) at senior levels in objective assessment and development. She offers rigorous psychometric testing and behavioural interviewing to support clients with recruitment decisions and help individuals with personal development.

JFN Consulting has a small group of customers, based in the local area, including Lancaster University and blue-chip companies.

The company is managed by Julia Norman who has been involved in the Human Resources market for many years. Julia Norman is more than able to take good care of the company, having previously worked for a broad range of private organisations and most recently, SHL (Saville & Holdsworth).
